According to different processing technology and application requirements, a variety of different types of TPU yarn can be produced. From the point of view of fiber structure, the common types are monofilament, compound filament, leather-core monofilament and so on:

1.TPU monofilament:

TPU monofilament is a single piece of TPU fiber composed of yarn. The diameter of the monofilament is generally between 0.08mm and 0.30mm and can be adjusted as needed. I. TPU spinning process

TPU spinning process mainly includes ordinary spinning, electrostatic spinning, air spinning, wet spinning, etc. The general process is to modified TPU, fused and extruded by screw, and then through drafting, shaping and other processes to finally make yarn.

In addition to ordinary spinning, TPU electrostatic spinning has attracted much attention in the industry. TPU electrostatic spinning is a new type of spinning technology, using the electrostatic spinning machine TPU particles through the action of high voltage electric field, forming fibers and collected into yarn process. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Preparation of TPU particles: Add TPU particles into the feed mouth of the electrostatic spinning machine, and turn TPU into melt through melting and heating.

2. Electrostatic spinning: the melt is ejected through the nozzle, and under the action of high voltage electric field, the fiber is formed, and the yarn is collected and integrated on the electrostatic plate.

3. Fiber stretching: stretch the yarn collected by the stretching machine to make it thinner and more uniform.

4, fiber cooling: the stretched fiber through the cooling device to cool, so that it becomes more tough.

5. Fiber winding: The cooled fiber is wound by the winding machine to make TPU electrostatic spinning.

6, yarn treatment: made of yarn post-treatment, such as strengthening, dyeing, printing, etc., in order to obtain the required performance and appearance effect.

7. Inspection: Strictly inspect the quality of the yarn to ensure that there are no defects or defects.
