Qingdao Yihoo Polymer Debuts at 2025 Uzbekistan Rubber & Plastics Exhibition

As a core event for Central Asia's rubber & plastic industry, the 2025 Uzbekistan Rubber & Plastics Exhibition gathered hundreds of enterprises across the industrial chain—Qingdao Yihoo Polymer Technology Co., Ltd. (Booth No. B114) made its debut here, bringing application-focused polymer additive solutions tailored to the region's industrial characteristics, and became a highlight of the exhibition.
- For the local construction material sector (dominated by PVC profiles, pipes, and outdoor components), we demonstrated UV absorbers + light stabilizer combinations—these additives target Uzbekistan's long-duration high-temperature and strong UV climate, effectively extending the service life of PVC building materials by 30% while maintaining material rigidity.
- For automotive interior component enterprises (a fast-growing segment in Uzbekistan's auto industry), our low-VOC anti-aging additives drew intensive inquiries: the solution meets EU REACH standards, helping local auto parts manufacturers upgrade products to meet export environmental requirements, while enhancing the wear resistance of PP/PU interior trims.
- For the food packaging industry (closely tied to Uzbekistan's fruit, grain processing sectors), our food-contact-grade molecular sieves and eco-friendly modifiers were well-received—these products improve the barrier performance of PE packaging films and comply with local food safety regulations, solving the pain point of short shelf life for regional agricultural product packaging.
On-site, our technical team conducted one-on-one docking with over 50 local enterprises: a leading local packaging material manufacturer brought samples of their fruit packaging films, and our team quickly proposed a customized formula (combining antioxidant and moisture-proof additives) to address the film's easy brittleness and water permeability issues; a automotive parts supplier focused on our flame-retardant additives, as their new energy vehicle battery shell components require higher fire safety performance—our flame retardants for PC materials met their UL94 V-0 standard requirements, and preliminary cooperation intentions were reached on the spot.
Leveraging the exhibition, we also communicated in depth with local partners about supply chain demands: aiming at Uzbekistan's reliance on imported polymer materials, we introduced our "Qingdao/Shanghai port inventory + direct shipping" logistics plan—regular products (such as general-purpose antioxidants) can be delivered to Tashkent within 15 days, while customized formulas (developed via cross-Strait R&D centers) can be finalized within 7 working days, fully matching the region's fast-paced industrial expansion rhythm.
This participation in the exhibition not only helped us deeply grasp the application pain points of Central Asia's rubber & plastic industry, but also laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation with local enterprises. Next, Yihoo Polymer will launch a "Uzbekistan-focused application solution package" (covering construction, auto, and packaging scenarios) to provide more targeted support for the region's industrial upgrading.
